- Methodology: Every rendered figure is a rate or a price the provider prints on its OWN page, re-fetched and matched verbatim (the quote and its retrieval date travel with the cell), then hash-pinned. A provider that prints no rate is listed WITH that fact and the reason its page gives none - never with an estimate, and never with a figure lifted from a worked example. Rates are printed on different bases and are shown as printed; no blended effective rate is computed, because a derived number rendered as though a provider published it is the thing this index exists to replace.
